The H2020 project "FutureArctic" has been accepted for funding. Within the project, VSI will lead efforts to automatise root imaging in situ under arctic climates and to develop new methodologies to facilitate automatic root segmentation using hyperspectral imaging.

We are happy to announce that we developed a new imaging platform for minirhizotron systems. The new module will be used for all unidirectional types of MR camera systems - from manual indexing handle-systems to fully automated MR cameras. This will allow using a standardized user interface for all models and thus enhance usability for customers. Happy root imaging!
