We are happy to announce that our proposal submitted to the ATTRACT call for breakthrough ideas "Enabling next level research on roots - automatizing MiniRhizotron Image Acquisition and Analysis (NextMR-IAA)" was selected for funding.
The work will be in close collaboration with the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU), Austria, and the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU), Israel. We are looking forward to push the limits of minirhizotron imaging and root image analysis to a new level, starting in May 2019! Many thanks to our collaborators at BGU and BOKU for their enthusiasm!
