We are currently developing a scanner facilitating the imaging of large rhizoboxes (>A3) not fitting commercially available scanners. This is foreseen to solve stitching
or reflection problems as common with camera-based imaging and to increase the user friendliness, repeatability (in terms of positioning) and interpretability (especially in regard to
segmentation). The scanner is scheduled for June 2018. Stay tuned for test images and technical properties.
